Beef Short Rib Soup(Galbi-tang) known as short rib soup in English, is a soup made with beef short ribs as the primary ingredient. The short ribs are simmered in water for an extended period and then seasoned with soy sauce, salt, and other seasonings. Depending on personal preference, glass noodles may also be added before serving.
[How to cook and eat]
1. Carefully open the package and transfer the rib soup, glass noodles, radish, and green onions to the pan.
2. Heat over high heat for about 6 to 7 minutes.
3. Transfer to a bowl and consume the ribs with the enclosed soy sauce.
