Sundubu jjigae is a representative Korean stew, primarily made with soft tofu as the main ingredient. Additional ingredients typically include clams, meat, tofu, green onions, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt, and sometimes, eggs, mushrooms, black pepper, and sesame oil are added as well. Our menu features Spicy Soft Tofu Stew, which contains beef as one of the ingredients.
Put it in a pot and boil it over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes.
