궁중 떡갈비 (너비아니)

소고기와 돼지고기를 최상의 비율로 섞어 만들어 육즙이 풍부하며 식감이 쫄깃 부드러운것이 특징, 밥반찬이나 안주로도 안성맞춤, 온가족이 좋아할 최고의 반찬입니다.

[이렇게 드세요]

1. 먼저 떡갈비를 냉장고에서 미리 해동하여 준비한다.
2. 뚜껑있는 pan에 식용유 1 Tbsp을 두르고 해동된 떡갈비 포장을 열고  조심히 Pan에 담는다.
3. 중약불로 떡갈비 겉면이 타지 않도록 노릇하게 2~3분 자주 뒤집으며 굽는다.
4. Pan에 물 2 Tbsp정도 첨가한후 뚜껑을 닫고 Steam열로 약 3분정도 익힌다.
5. 중심온도가 165F 이상이되도록 조리한다..
