How to use your membership credit
Your membership adds store credit to your account every month. Here's everything about checking it, spending it, and managing your plan.
Credit lands in your account
Each monthly payment automatically adds credit within minutes — $200, $400, or $600 depending on your tier. No codes, no coupons; it's attached to your account.
Check your balance anytime
Log in and open your account page — your store credit balance is shown right at the top. Unused credit rolls over in full every month and never expires.
Pay with credit at checkout
Shop like always. At checkout, make sure you're signed in — your store credit appears as a payment option automatically. It covers everything: products, taxes, even shipping. If your balance runs short, you only pay the difference by card.
Manage your subscription
Your plan renews on the same date each month. Open your account and tap Manage Subscription to see your next renewal date, order history, and payment method. To cancel or switch tiers, email info@banchan365.com — changes apply from your next billing date (after your first 3 payments), and any remaining credit stays yours.
