HOW TO EAT

Galbi-jjim: Thaw, transfer to a pan, and heat over high heat 7-8 minutes.
Modeum-jeon: Pan-fry over medium heat with a little oil, 1 minute per side, or microwave 1-2 minutes.
Bulgogi: Add a little oil to a pan, stir-fry the thawed bulgogi 3-4 minutes over medium heat, add the enclosed vegetables and cook 2-3 more minutes.
Beef Japchae: Thaw, transfer to a pan, and heat over medium heat 3-4 minutes.
Sogogi Mu-guk: Thaw, transfer to a pot, and heat on high 5-6 minutes until gently bubbling.
Namul (Gosari, Spinach, Chwinamul, Doraji): Ready to eat — serve chilled or at room temperature.
