HOW TO EAT

1. Before cooking, thaw thoroughly in the refrigerator. (In a hurry? Thaw the sealed pack in cold water.)
2. Lightly oil a pan and cook slowly over low heat — flip as needed and cook about 10 minutes until fully cooked through.
3. Add about 1 oz of water and cover with a lid to keep it juicy and cook it evenly inside.
4. In a separate pan, warm the sauce over low heat for 5–6 minutes. (You can also microwave it.)
5. Plate the cooked steak and pour the sauce on top to enjoy.
* Add a fried egg or cheese to taste, if you like.

    소스 너무 맛있어요

    고기 잡내 1도 없구요 소스도 딱 90년대 한국에서 먹던 어릴때 먹던 그맛 !! 강추템 고기 크기도 크고, 소스 넉넉히 4인 가족템이에용 !
