HOW TO EAT

1. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge or under cold running water.
2. Transfer the broth and meat to a pot and heat on high for 5–6 minutes.
3. Add the enclosed green onion and season with salt and pepper to taste — wonderful with rice stirred in.
