Tender goodness
I steamed the pork belly instead because I didn't feel too good about putting plastic in boiling water but nonetheless, the bossam came out juicy tender!

Amazingly Tender
One of the best bossam I have ever had, super tender and not too much salt or seasoning. The fresh kimchi went along well, and the shrimp was a nice touch.
