    To answer your question — yes, all of our pouch and container items are microwave-safe, so you can heat them up as is. That said, for the soups and stews especially, we honestly recommend heating them in a pot over the stove if you can — it brings out the best flavor.
    One thing to note: the 배추겉절이 (fresh kimchi) and 고추장 진미채 무침 (seasoned dried squid) should NOT be microwaved — they're meant to be enjoyed cold, straight from the fridge.
