HOW TO EAT
1. After thawing, put all the ingredients except the onion and noodles in a pan, add 500ml of water, and boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes. (You can adjust the spiciness with Serrano pepper.)
2. When the broth has reduced to about 80%, add the onion and noodles and boil on high heat for another 5-7 minutes.
3. Check that the potatoes are cooked, and sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil to your taste before eating.
