Order and Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact us at info@banchan365.com.
For Local Delivery, cancellations are limited due to same-day cooking and delivery. For FedEx Delivery, there is generally more flexibility with cancellations. We’ll confirm whether your order can be canceled when you email us.
Delivery
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Local Delivery: Available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (delivered by our driver), and on Wednesday and Saturday via FedEx.
SoCal Regional Delivery: Available on Tuesday through Saturday.
Nationwide Shipping: Available on Tuesday, through Friday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Local Delivery: Between 1 PM and 7 PM. Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
FedEx: You can track your delivery time using the tracking number provided after shipping.
How much is the shipping fee?
Local Delivery (LA/OC) and SoCal Regional Delivery are free for orders over $99.99.
Nationwide Shipping (outside Southern California) does not include free shipping — fees start at $19.99 for orders over $99.99, and $29.99 for orders under $99.99. Shipping fees may apply if the total falls below the threshold after using a discount coupon.
What should I do with the delivery box and ice pack?
The box and ice pack will not be collected after delivery, so please dispose of them yourself.
Can I receive delivery while I am out?
Yes, it is packaged in a refrigerated box and can be safely delivered to your front door.
It is packaged in a dedicated refrigerated box and ice pack, so you can receive it safely while you are out. However, if possible, we recommend that you receive it in person.

Can I heat it in the microwave right away?
The container and pouch are microwaveable, but the clear plastic and sauce container are not.
The main container and pouch can be heated in the microwave right away, but the clear plastic and small sauce container containing vegetables are a fire hazard, so be sure to heat them separately.
