Please note that because our company's principle is same-day cooking and same-day delivery, orders cannot be canceled after payment is completed due to the nature of food preparation and food cooking. (Our company's order cut-off date for same-day delivery is 06:00 a.m. Therefore, orders placed after 6 a.m. will be delivered the next day, so orders can be canceled until 12:00 p.m. on the same day.)

That's right. If you specify your desired delivery date when making payment, delivery will be made on that date.
Local Delivery: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday / Out-of-state delivery: Choose between Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday

Delivery of chef's side dishes takes place between 1 PM and 7 PM. However, please understand that delivery may sometimes occur after 7 PM due to traffic congestion or other reasons.

We have a free shipping policy when the product purchase amount exceeds $85 ($95 San Diego). For product purchases under $85 ($95 San Diego), a shipping fee of $20 will be added at checkout. Even if you visit the store to pick it up, the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Please note that delivered boxes and ice packs are not collected.

The packaging materials (containers and pouches) of the chef's side dishes are microwavable containers that can be heated and consumed directly in the microwave, so you can use them with confidence.
(*However, for some products, the transparent plastic enclosed with vegetables and the small container containing the sauce should not be used in a microwave oven as there is a risk of fire.)

Chef's side dishes are delivered packaged in self-made refrigerated boxes with ice packs, so customers can check the safely refrigerated boxes at their front door even when going out. (*We recommend that you receive the product in person if possible.)
