HOW TO EAT
[When eating white bean soup alone]
You can eat it right after thawing, or you can add a little water or ice depending on your preference.
[When eating with acorn noodles]
1. Boil the noodles in boiling water for about 8-9 minutes.
2. Rinse the boiled noodles 2-3 times with cold water or ice water, cool the noodles, and drain the water.
3. Place the noodles in a bowl and pour the white bean soup over them. If the white bean soup is too thick, dilute it with water or ice. * Adjust the seasoning with salt or sugar depending on your preference, and you can add toppings such as cucumber/sesame seeds.
[How to boil noodles until chewy]
1. Boil the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes.
2. Pour about a cup of cold water and boil for 3 minutes again.
3. Pour about a cup of cold water again and boil for 2-3 minutes more. 4. Rinse the cooked noodles with ice water.
