Octopus, shrimp, and beef intestine stir-fried in a sweet-spicy chef's sauce. Turns an ordinary meal special.

HOW TO EAT
1. Wash the thawed octopus and shrimp thoroughly in running water and remove moisture.
2. Put a little cooking oil on the pan and fry the thawed large intestines on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Turn the heat to high, add the vegetables and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4. Lower the heat to medium, add half of the seasoning, stir-fry for 1 minute, and add more according to your taste.
5. Add the octopus and shrimp on medium heat and stir-fry together for 2 minutes, then change to high heat, add 100ml of water, stir-fry for 2-3 more minutes, and then add the udon noodles and stir-fry for 1-2 more minutes.
