HOW TO EAT

냉장 또는 실온에서 해동한 뒤 사용하세요.
예열한 팬에 기름을 살짝 두르고 껍질 쪽부터 약불에서 4~5분, 뒤집어 3~4분 구우면 겉은 바삭 속은 촉촉하게 익습니다.
에어프라이어는 180℃에서 10~12분, 오븐은 200℃에서 12~15분이면 됩니다.
