    Overall it was good, but the rice and bulgogi were a bit too dry.

    For the best texture, we recommend microwaving the dosirak for about 5 minutes with the film on, then peeling the film back slightly and heating for 1 more minute — this helps keep both the rice and bulgogi moist.
