🛒 How to Order for Pickup
Step 1. Choose "Pick Up"
On the cart page, click the 📍 Pick up button instead of Delivery.
Step 2. Select Pickup Date
Choose your preferred pickup date from the calendar. (Mon to Sat available)
Step 3. Checkout & Pick Up
You must select "Pick up" at checkout to complete your pickup order!
❓ FAQ
Q: Is there a fee for pickup?
A: No! Pickup is completely free — you only pay for your order, no shipping fees.
Q: What if I miss my pickup time?
A: Please visit during pickup hours (1:00 PM – 7:00 PM). Items not picked up by 7:00 PM may be forfeited. If you can't make it, please contact us in advance.
Can anyone use the pickup service?
A: Yes! Pickup is available regardless of your delivery zone. Even if you're visiting LA from out of state, you're welcome to pick up in store.
