Delivered by Banchan365 drivers: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (arrives 1-7 PM)
FedEx or UPS delivery: Wed, Sat
Order cutoff: 5 AM on your delivery day (for Saturday delivery, order by Friday 5 AM)
Coverage: the LA / Orange County / Irvine area, roughly bounded by Malibu, Calabasas, Glendale, Pasadena, Arcadia, West Covina, Pomona, Chino Hills, and Mission Viejo. Enter your ZIP code on our site to confirm availability.

Packaging & Receiving

Every order ships in an insulated box with ice packs, so it can be safely left at your door. Please retrieve it the same day. Boxes and ice packs are not collected.
