Banchan365 delivers fresh, chef-made Korean food nationwide, packed in insulated boxes with ice packs on the day it's cooked.

1. Local Delivery — Los Angeles / Orange County / Irvine

  • Free delivery on orders $99.99+
  • Delivered by Banchan365 drivers: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (arrives between 1-7 PM)
  • FedEx or UPS delivery: Wed, Sat
  • Order cutoff: 5 AM on your delivery day (for Saturday delivery, order by Friday 5 AM)
  • Coverage: the LA / Orange County / Irvine area — roughly bounded by Malibu, Calabasas, Glendale, Pasadena, Arcadia, West Covina, Pomona, Chino Hills, and Mission Viejo. Enter your ZIP code on our site to confirm exact availability.

2. Southern California (SoCal) Regional Delivery

  • Free delivery on orders $99.99+
  • FedEx or UPS frozen delivery: Tue-Sat
  • Order cutoff: 5 AM the day before your delivery date

3. Nationwide Shipping (USA)

  • On orders $99.99+, shipping starts at $19.99 and increases by $10 per additional weight tier
  • FedEx overnight (1-day) shipping: Tue-Fri — fresh Korean food delivered anywhere in the continental US in one day

Can I cancel my order?

Email all cancellation requests to info@banchan365.com. Local delivery orders are cooked and delivered the same day, so cancellations are limited; FedEx orders have a longer cancellation window.

Can I choose my delivery date?

Yes — choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. Local: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri (direct) and Wed, Sat (FedEx). SoCal: Tue-Sat. Nationwide: Tue-Fri.

What time will my order arrive?

Local direct delivery arrives between 1-7 PM. FedEx deliveries can be tracked with your tracking number.

Can I receive my order while I'm out?

Yes — every order is packed in an insulated box with ice packs, so it can be safely left at your door. Please retrieve it the same day it's delivered. Boxes and ice packs are not collected; please dispose of them at home.

Can I microwave the food right away?

Main containers and pouches are microwave-safe. However, clear plastic bags (vegetables) and small sauce cups are NOT — transfer their contents to another container before heating.

Do you ship internationally?

No — we ship only within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping are not available.

Do you take bulk, wholesale, or catering orders?

Are there any discounts or promotions?

Do you have a retail store?

We don't operate a retail store — order online for delivery, or pick up your order at our La Habra kitchen (1351 South Beach Blvd #O&P, La Habra, CA 90631; pickup Mon, Tue, Thu & Fri, 2-6 PM).
