HOW TO EAT
1. If frozen, thaw in the fridge.
2. Heat the broth in a pot on high for 5–6 minutes. Microwave the sausage in its package for 30–45 seconds, slice into 1-inch pieces, add to the broth, and simmer just 1 minute more. (Don't overcook — the sausage can burst!)
3. Add the enclosed seasoning, salted shrimp, perilla powder, and chives to taste, and serve with rice.
