    갈비찜이 집에서 먹으려면 수고스러움이 많은 음식이잖아요?

    저는 셰프반찬에서 파는 갈비찜 너무 좋아하거든요

    기름기도 적당하고 굉장히 부드러워요, 가격이 좀 높다 느끼는 분들이 있을 수 있을텐데 그만한 가치가 있어요.

    맛있게 잘먹었고요. 번창하시길 바랍니다!

    명품 소갈비찜

    저번에 오더했을때는 tray 에 와서 그런지 음식이 깔끔헸는데 이번에는 플라스틱 백에 얼려서 와서 음식맛이 덜했고, 양도 적었고, 야채 특히 무가 너무 익어서 왔고 고기는 너무 푹 익혀서 맛이 덜했어요.

    이번에는 팩키징이 잘못된것 같아서 아쉽네요.

    포장이 달라진 부분 먼저 설명드리고 싶어요. 고객님께서 이전에 받으셨던 트레이 포장은 저희 로컬 딜리버리 기사님들이 직접 핸들링하시는 냉장 배송이라, 박스를 조심히 들고 던지지 않으셔서 트레이 컨테이너 그대로 안전하게 보내드릴 수 있어요. 다만 이번에 받으신 FedEx 냉동 배송의 경우, FedEx 측에서 어떻게 핸들링할지 알 수 없기 때문에 안전하게 받으실 수 있도록 파우치 포장으로 보내드리고 있습니다. 그래서 포장 상태가 달라졌다고 느끼셨을 거예요. 받으시는 날짜 기준으로 수요일과 토요일은 FedEx 냉동 배송으로 나가기 때문에, 이 부분이 불편하시다면 해당 요일은 피해서 주문해 주시면 이전처럼 트레이 포장으로 받아보실 수 있습니다.

    음식 맛과 양, 무 익힘 정도, 고기 식감까지 솔직하게 알려주셔서 감사드립니다. 소갈비찜은 무가 양념을 잘 머금어야 하는 메뉴지만 너무 푹 익으면 식감이 사라지기 때문에, 조리 시간과 양 모두 다시 살펴보겠습니다. 다음에 받으셨을 때는 처음 받으셨던 그 만족도로 돌아갈 수 있도록 준비하겠습니다. 불편하셨던 점 다시 한번 죄송합니다.
