When does my credit expire?
Never. Unused credit rolls over in full every month, and you keep your balance even after canceling.
What can I use credit on?
Any order, including taxes and shipping. If your balance runs short, you only pay the difference by card.
How does shipping work?
Same as always: free local delivery (LA/OC) over $99.99 and free nationwide shipping over $200. Paying with credit doesn't change that.
When am I charged?
Your first payment happens when you subscribe, then on the same date every month. This subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Email info@banchan365.com. You can cancel anytime after your first 3 payments, effective from your next billing date, and your remaining credit stays yours.
What's the Tier 3 Secret Special Menu?
It's a secret. A rotating special menu item tucked into your first delivery of each month. You'll find out when you open the box.
Can I change tiers?
Not during your first 3 months. Once you've completed 3 payments on your tier, email info@banchan365.com and we'll switch you starting from your next billing cycle.
