    LA갈비는 두께와 양념 비율이 핵심이라 그 부분에 가장 신경 쓰고 있어요. 앵거스 갈비살로 두툼하게, 양념은 너무 달지 않게 잡으려고 노력 중이거든요. 다른 코리안 BBQ 집과 다르게 저희는 두툼하게 썰어내서 갈비살 본연의 맛과 양념이 훨씬 잘 느껴지실 거예요. 얇은 갈비 절대 아니랍니다!
