HOW TO EAT

1. Thaw thoroughly in the fridge.
2. Enjoy chilled as is, or add a little water/ice if it's too thick.
3. For cold noodle soup: boil noodles 8–9 min, rinse in ice water, drain, then pour over the soup; season with salt or sugar and top with cucumber and sesame.
