HOW TO EAT

1. If frozen, thaw in the fridge.
2. Heat the broth in a pot on high for 5-6 minutes. Microwave the sausage in its package for 30-45 seconds, slice into 1-inch pieces, add to the broth, and simmer just 1 minute more. (Don't overcook, or the sausage can burst!)
3. Add the enclosed green onions and serve with rice. If the broth tastes mild for you, add a little salt. For an extra-authentic bowl, add salted shrimp (saeujeot), perilla powder, or chives if you have them at home.
