HOW TO EAT

1. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge or under cold running water.
2. Transfer to a pot and heat on high for 5-6 minutes.
3. Pour into a bowl, add the enclosed green onions, and stir in rice. If the broth tastes mild for you, add a little salt. For an extra-authentic bowl, add salted shrimp (saeujeot), perilla powder, or chives if you have them at home.
