HOW TO EAT

From frozen, cook in an air fryer preheated to 375°F for 6–7 minutes. If thawed, spray with oil and cook for about 5–6 minutes.
To pan-fry, thaw first, cook at 325°F for 3 minutes, flip once, then raise to 360°F and cook about 1 more minute.
Chicken breast can dry out if overcooked—remove as soon as the crust is crisp and the inside is hot through, and enjoy while juicy.
