1. After thawing, transfer to a pan and heat over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Authentic!

    Tastes like authentic si jang ddukbokki–I'm impressed! And I like that it provides enough sauce to add ramen or anything of my heart's desire. You can control saltiness by adding water. Only thing I'd say is I wish the fishcakes came cut so it cuts down prep work.
