HOW TO EAT

1. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge or under cold running water.
2. Transfer the broth and meat to a pot and heat on high for 5-6 minutes.
3. Add the enclosed green onions and stir in rice. If the broth tastes mild for you, add a little salt and pepper.

    Gomtang happiness

    I’m new to this service so I ordered a few things I thought would be for beginners. This Gomtang was extraordinary to me, every time I put a spoonful of broth to my mouth I said OMG! It was so delicious. I made some rice to go with it, and it was heavenly. Anyone trying this service for the first time like me? Make sure to include this in your order, and order lots of other things too! I’m so happy to be on this culinary adventure.

    나주곰탕

    사먹는거랑 같은 퀄러티 여서 맛있게 먹었어요. 근데 고기 양이 좀 작다고 느꼈어요. 깨끗하고 잡내 없고 맛있어요.
