HOW TO EAT

1. If frozen, thaw overnight in the fridge or under cold running water.
2. Transfer to a pot and heat on high for 5-6 minutes, then stir in the enclosed perilla powder and let it bubble once more.
3. Serve the nutty, gentle broth hot with a bowl of rice.
