How to Prepare

1️⃣ Slice the soondae into bite-sized pieces (about 1.5 cm or larger).
2️⃣ Preheat a pan over medium-high heat, add 3 tbsp of oil, and stir-fry the vegetables for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add the sauce and stir-fry for another minute, then pour in 250ml of water, stirring well.
4️⃣ Add the rice cakes and glass noodles, simmer for 1 minute.
5️⃣ Add the soondae and cook for 30 more seconds (be careful not to overcook, as the casing may burst).
6️⃣ Garnish with chopped perilla leaves and perilla seed powder, mix lightly, and serve hot.

HOW TO EAT
1. 해동된 순대를 먹기 좋은 크기(1.5cm 이상)로 썰어 주세요.
2. 팬에 식용유 3큰술과 야채를 넣은 후 중불에서 1분간 볶아주세요.
3. 소스를 넣고 1분 더 볶은 후, 물 250ml와 떡 그리고 당면을 넣고 1-2분간 끓여주세요.
4. 썰어둔 순대를 넣고 약 30초 더 끓여주세요. (순대는 오래 끓이면 터질 수 있으니 주의해 주세요.)
5. 깻잎과 들깨가루를 넣어 섞은 다음 드시면 됩니다.
