HOW TO EAT

Korean Soy Braised Chicken: ① After thawing, put all the ingredients except the onion and noodles in a pan, add 500ml of water, and boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes. (You can adjust the spiciness with Serrano pepper.) ② When the broth has reduced to about 80%, add the onion and noodles and boil on high heat for another 5-7 minutes. ③ Check that the potatoes are cooked, and sprinkle sesame seeds and sesame oil to your taste before eating.
Braised Pork Back Ribs with Kimchi: After thawing, transfer to a pan and heat over medium heat for 5-6 minutes before eating.
