HOW TO EAT

For frozen, cook in a preheated air fryer at 375°F for 7-8 minutes, or if thawed, spray with oil and cook for 6-7 minutes.
If using oil, thaw naturally first, then cook at 325°F for 3 minutes, flip once, and increase temperature to 360°F for another minute.
Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model and whether the product is frozen or thawed, cooking until the outside is crispy and the inside is heated through.
