HOW TO EAT

Spicy Chicken Stew with Beef Tripe and Large Intestine: Place the chicken, sauce, potatoes, carrots, tripe, and large intestine in a stew pot and simmer over high heat for 15 minutes. Then add the onions and glass noodles and simmer for another 5 minutes before serving. * You can also add green chili peppers, green onions, perilla leaves, and sesame salt to taste.
