HOW TO EAT

LA Galbi / Prime Short Rib / Pork Belly: Thaw fully, then sear each side over high heat to lock in the juices. Cook to your preferred doneness.
Bulgogi: Add a little oil to a pan, stir-fry the thawed bulgogi 3-4 minutes over medium heat, add the enclosed vegetables and cook 2-3 more minutes.
Jeyuk-bokkeum: Add a little oil to a pan and stir-fry the thawed meat 5-7 minutes over medium heat. Add onion or green onion to taste.
Doenjang Jjigae: Thaw, transfer to a pot, and heat on high 5-6 minutes until bubbling.
Geotjeori & Ssamjang: Ready to eat — serve chilled.
