1️⃣ Rinse the octopus and shrimp under running water.
2️⃣ Preheat a large pan over medium heat, add oil, and stir-fry the beef intestine for 3-4 minutes.
3️⃣ Increase to medium-high heat, add the prepared vegetables, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
4️⃣ Add the sauce, using half at first, then adjust to taste. Stir-fry for 1 more minute.
5️⃣ Add the octopus and shrimp, mix well with the sauce, then pour in 100ml of water and let it simmer.
6️⃣ Once the seafood is fully cooked, add the udon noodles, mix well, and serve hot.
