[How to cook and eat]

1. Put noodles in boiling water and cook for about 8 to 9 minutes.
2. Remove the cooked noodles and rinse 2-3 times in cold water.
3. Drain enough water from the noodles and transfer the noodles to a bowl.
4. Pour the enclosed sauce over the noodles.
5. Place the grated radish, wasabi, seaweed, and green onions on top of the noodles and mix well with the sauce.
** It is best to slightly freeze the sauce.
** Adjust the consistency of the sauce with water or ice to suit your taste.

[How to boil noodles well and firm]

Boil water - Add noodles - Boil for about 3 minutes and add cold water -

Boil the noodles again for 3 minutes and then pour in cold water.

Boil again for 2 to 3 minutes, then take out the noodles and wash them in cold or ice water.
