Octopus / Bulgogi Hot Pot
A hot pot kit that you can easily prepare at home, featuring a rich and spicy flavor.
1. Rinse the octopus in running water, blanch it once, and then drain off excess moisture.
2. Thaw the bulgogi in the refrigerator or by placing the sealed bag under running water for about 10 minutes.
3. Pour the sauce and the provided broth into a hot pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Once the broth starts boiling, neatly arrange the remaining octopus, bulgogi, vegetables, etc. Simmer over medium heat for an additional 6 minutes, and it's ready to serve.
