❄️ Storage:
1️⃣ In a wide pan, add all ingredients except onions and glass noodles. Adjust spiciness by adding serrano peppers if desired.
2️⃣ Add 500ml of water and boil over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes.
3️⃣ Once the broth reduces by about 80%, add onions and glass noodles, then simmer for 5-7 more minutes.
4️⃣ When potatoes are fully cooked, finish with sesame oil and sesame seeds before serving.
