For Local Delivery, cancellations are limited due to same-day cooking and delivery. For FedEx Delivery, there is generally more flexibility with cancellations. We’ll confirm whether your order can be canceled when you email us.
Delivery
Can I choose my delivery date?
Yes! You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
Local Delivery: Available on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (delivered by our driver), and on Wednesday and Saturday via FedEx.
SoCal Regional Delivery: Available on Tuesday through Saturday.
Nationwide Shipping: Available on Tuesday, through Friday.
What time will my order be delivered?
Local Delivery: Between 1 PM and 7 PM. Please note that actual delivery time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
FedEx: You can track your delivery time using the tracking number provided after shipping.
How much is the shipping fee?
Free shipping criteria vary by region.
Local Delivery is $99.99 and Nationwide Shipping is $149.99 or more.Local Delivery (LA/OC) is free for orders over $99.99 and SoCal Regional Delivery is free for orders over $119.99. Shipping fees start at $29.99 for orders over $149.99 for all of the United States except Southern California. Shipping fees may apply if the standard amount is not met after using a discount coupon.
What should I do with the delivery box and ice pack?
The box and ice pack will not be collected after delivery, so please dispose of them yourself.
Can I receive delivery while I am out?
Yes, it is packaged in a refrigerated box and can be safely delivered to your front door.
It is packaged in a dedicated refrigerated box and ice pack, so you can receive it safely while you are out. However, if possible, we recommend that you receive it in person.

The container and pouch are microwaveable, but the clear plastic and sauce container are not.
