Tteokbokki

Tteokbokki is a traditional Korean dish made primarily with cylinder-shaped rice cakes (known as "garaetteok"). Typical tteokbokki includes rice cakes, fish cakes, vegetables, and a spicy sauce made with gochujang (Korean red chili paste). It is one of South Korea's signature street foods.

[How to cook and eat]

1. In a suitably-sized pan, place rice cakes, fish cakes, vegetables, sauce, and 750ml of water.
2. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes until the water boils, then reduce the heat to medium and simmer while stirring well.
3. After simmering for about 5 more minutes, when the vegetables, rice cakes, and fish cakes are cooked, turn off the heat and carefully transfer it to a serving dish.

** You can also enjoy it with boiled eggs and ramen according to your personal preference. If you'd like to add ramen, please add approximately 100ml more water.

This is how it is shipped.
