Octopus / Small Intestine / Bulgogi Hot Pot
A hot pot kit that you can easily prepare at home, featuring a rich and spicy flavor.
1. Rinse the octopus in running water and blanch it once, then drain it.
2. Thaw the gopchang and bulgogi in the refrigerator or by running water for about 10 minutes.
3. Pour the sauce and the provided broth into a hot pot and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
4. Once the broth begins to boil, arrange the remaining octopus, bulgogi, gopchang, vegetables, and so on neatly, and simmer over medium heat for an additional 6 minutes to complete.
