🥘 Stovetop Method (Recommended for Best Texture)
1️⃣ Thaw the tteok-galbi in the refrigerator before cooking.
2️⃣ Heat a lidded pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with 1 tbsp of cooking oil.
3️⃣ Carefully open the package and place the tteok-galbi patties in the pan.
4️⃣ Grill, flipping frequently, for 2-3 minutes to achieve a crispy surface.
5️⃣ Add 2 tbsp of water, cover the pan, and steam over low heat for 3 minutes.
6️⃣ Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) before serving.

1️⃣ Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Place the thawed tteok-galbi on a lined baking tray.
3️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
